The Capped pen requires the user to remove the cap to expose either a rollerball or fountain nib for writing.  Some caps are designed to screw onto the lower body (Post) while writing, others are designed to sit the cap on the table (to show off the design) while writing (non-posting).  There are no hard and fast "rules", just personal preference.  A nice variety of styles to fit individual needs, including highly customized one-of-a-kind designs are available in various ink colors in gel tip, rollerballs and fountain nibs.  These and similar pens may be seen in the Capped Pens section under the Products button on the menu bar above.

The one piece pens shown here have a mechanism that twists the ink refill upwards for writing or by clicking a button.  A nice variety of styles to fit individual needs, available in various ink colors in ballpoints, gel tip, and rollerballs.  These and similar pens may be seen in the One Piece Pens section under the Products button on the menu bar above.

I fabricate these instruments using the most durable, beautiful platings, finest German made ink refills or fountain nibs of the highest quality, even solid 18k Gold and surround them with exotic, often rare woods and burls from around the world as well as cactus skeletons, rattlesnake skins and antler upon special request.

Each of my writing instruments is hand crafted by me, one at a time with attention to detail, right here in North Texas.  I take pride in my craftsmanship and will not offer for sale anything that doesn’t meet my high quality standards for fit and finish.  These fine instruments make wonderful gifts for Holidays, special occasions, birthdays, graduations, weddings or just when you want to give something special to that special friend.
